New Release! This is a completely new blade design. Craig Catto developed this design and validated with our partner, MV Aero using CFD, Computational Fluid Dynamics. It is a completely new airfoil with a swept tip design. These blades are manufactured using VARTM- vacuum assisted resin transfer molding. We use carbon as the structure and a mixture of hardwood and foam core. Carbon allows for a very lightweight, durable and forgiving blade. We continue to use the wood core to dampen harmonics and absorb vibration. Electroformed Nickel leading edge protection is installed after the propeller is built.

The 82" and 86" is available for the 0-320 (150hp) up to 409 (220hp). The 86" is designed for STOL performance, you can still achieve great cruise speed but it will burn more fuel than the 82" in cruise. The 82" is a fantastic all around performer, great for slightly faster cub type airframes such as the Carbon Cub, Murphy Rebel, etc.

Change the pitch in minutes! Two-piece hub with internal pitch block to easily and accurately change the pitch of your propeller. You loosen and remove the top of the hub. Slip the pitch pin, located in the root of the blade, on top of the pitch block so the blades are always the same pitch. Slip a shim under the pitch pin to increase pitch. Hubs are supplied by Catto, precision machining by Monster Aircraft Parts or TK1.
Hubs are available with 3/8", 7/16" or 1/2" bolts.

12" carbon spinner is available. The rear bulkhead is aluminum and can flange forward or aft depending on your cowling. It has a carbon front bulkhead that is stationary in the front of the spinner and self-centers in the hub. Carbon finish is available.

86" 2-bladed including the hub weighs 22 lbs. Cord is 8" wide
82" 2-bladed including the hub weighs 20 lbs. Cord is 7.25" wide
74"
Includes 7 Shims that are .010. We can cut custom thicknesses depending on what you find you like.
The 360 hub will include .060 shim with the 86" blades to set static around 2650 max.
